The Department of Training and Placement is headed by Dr.Joel Z Johnston,M.B.A,M.A,M.Phil,M.Div,Ph.D., This department interacts with reputed organizations to support the final year students by arranging the campus interview in both UG & PG. It makes efforts to send most of the students’ for internship to enhance their technical ability and gain exposure to the practical world.

Industrial visits to reputed companies are arranged to know more details about industrial activities. It also enhances the soft-skill capability of the students through regular training programs. The department counsels the final year students for their higher studies and for getting projects from industries. We ensure that our students are proficient with the expectation of the industry. We have created the environment which gives the students an opportunity to balance their academic commitments and co-curricular activities in order to exceed in both.

We have the State-of-the –art Placement Cell infrastructure which comprises of Auditorium, GD Panel rooms, Closed Interview Panels and Conference Hall. The entire facility is designed keeping in mind to ensure that both students and the recruiters have a comfortable recruitment experience.

Bridge the gap between the Industry and Institute to create the C2C (Campus 2 Corporate).

HRDC Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its graduates and post graduates in their efforts to enlightening their Career. HRDC Cell operates year round to facilitate contacts between companies & Graduates. Staff members are available to respond to student’s questions and concerns of all kind like to prepare application and resumes and mock Interviews. The aim is to ensure that students have the information and skills necessary for an effective job search

Those considering careers in education or its related fields are offered detailed career guidance at the Training & Placement Cell. All counseling is based on up to-date placement statistics and an envisioned view of future educational and industrial trends. Additionally, the Training and Placement Cell helps the students to improve their communication Skills and Presentation Skills.
