Examinations constitute a vital component of the academic system, serving as the
foundation for fair and credible evaluation in any educational institution. At
Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous),
Mamallapuram, the Office of the Controller of Examinations is dedicated to
conducting all examination-related processes with the highest standards of
transparency, fairness, and confidentiality. We ensure that every stage of the
examination process reflects integrity and upholds the academic values of the
institution.
As the Controller of Examinations, I take pride in administering a comprehensive and
well-structured system that effectively evaluates student performance while adhering
to the guidelines prescribed by regulatory authorities. From meticulous
pre-examination planning to post-examination activities such as valuation, result
publication, and issuance of academic credentials, our processes are carried out
with utmost accuracy, discipline, and timeliness. The institution has adopted a
systematic framework that integrates both conventional and modern methods of
evaluation, supported by technology-driven solutions for registration, hall ticket
issuance, attendance monitoring, and result processing, thereby enhancing efficiency
and minimising errors.
We maintain close coordination with faculty members and academic departments to
ensure smooth conduct of examinations and to uphold academic standards. A robust
grievance redressal mechanism is also in place to address students' concerns
promptly and fairly. Our objective is to provide a student-centric examination
