M.E Aeronautical Engineering
Program Outcomes (PO)
An ability to independently carry out research / investigation and development work to solve practical problems.
An ability to write and present a substantial technical report/document.
Students should be able to demonstrate a degree of mastery over the area as per the specialization of the program. The mastery should be at a level higher than the requirements in the appropriate bachelor program.
Program Specific Outcomes (PSO)
Apply advanced concepts in aerodynamics, propulsion, flight mechanics, and structural analysis to design, analyze, and optimize aircraft systems and components.
Utilize modern computational tools, experimental methods, and regulatory standards to solve real-world aerospace engineering problems and support safe, efficient, and innovative aviation technologies.

M.E. / M.Tech.
Based on the entrance (TANCET / CET / GATE) marks conducted by the Anna University & Consortium of Self Financing Professional, Arts and Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu.
Admission Procedure
Government Quota
Admissions to the Government Quota are handled by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu. Candidates seeking admission under the Government Quota must have written the TANCET exam (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Anna University. The single-window counseling normally takes place in the month of July / August every year at the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
Candidates seeking MBA | MCA | ME admissions under the Management Quota must have written one of the entrance tests – CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT or TANCET. The selection process is based on the scores in the entrance test as well as past academic record and performance at the Group Discussion and Personal Interview organized by the Institution.
