Eligibility Criteria
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Candidates should have passed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.E., B.Tech., etc.) from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved categories).
Admission is based on the entrance test scores such as:
- TANCET (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) conducted by Anna University
- CAT (Common Admission Test)
- XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test)
- MAT (Management Aptitude Test)
- ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admissions)
The selection process includes entrance exam scores, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI).
Admission Procedure
Government Quota
Admissions to the Government Quota are handled by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu. Candidates seeking admission under the Government Quota must have written the TANCET exam (Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test) conducted by Anna University. The single-window counseling normally takes place in the month of July / August every year at the Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
Management Quota
Candidates seeking MBA admissions under the Management Quota must have written one of the entrance tests – CAT, XAT, ATMA, MAT or TANCET. The selection process is based on the scores in the entrance test as well as past academic record and performance at the Group Discussion and Personal Interview organized by the Institution.

- 10th Mark Sheet & Certificate
- 12th Mark Sheet & Certificate
- Bachelor's Degree Mark Sheets (All Semesters)
- Bachelor's Degree Certificate / Provisional Certificate
- TANCET / CAT / XAT / MAT / ATMA Score Card
- Transfer Certificate
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Counselling Information
The counseling dates and time will be communicated through a call letter sent by post. The merit list will be drawn according to candidates' marks in the entrance test and thus their rank will be determined. The venue of attending counseling rounds will also be mentioned in the counseling letter. Candidates are also required to participate in Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds as part of the selection process.
